Afropop sensation Mayowa Olusanya, popularly known as Ichaba, is officially ending his hiatus and reclaiming his spot in the limelight. The “Baby Mama” crooner has revealed a massive roadmap for 2026, promising fans a steady stream of new music starting this February.
Known for his distinct soulful vocals and high-energy delivery, the former DMW affiliate and Lavish Sound Entertainment frontman has been working behind the scenes to refine his sound. “He spent the last few months reconnecting with his roots and experimenting with new sounds. 2026 is for the fans who have been patient with him. We are coming with back-to-back hits, and He’s starting the year with something very special,” Ichaba shared.
The first offering of the year, ERE GELE describe as a “potential chart-topper,” is scheduled to drop on February 13, 2026.
