e-FEST Film Premieres is an independent & inclusive short film festival Powered by eeedey.com with main events taking place in the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria and regions.e-FEST aims at promoting local/international collaboration. We believe that the film industry is the best medium capable of building bridges between different countries, connect different cultures and unite people.So, go beyond & make your short film! We want to help you reach a wide & international audience, encourage talents to push the boundaries & present a very diverse programme.e-FEST is made within the culturally diverse team of event producers, festival partners, artistes in residence, jury members, festival competition entrants, and audience.Join us this April at various premiere points within the Federal capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.

‘e-FEST’ film premieres in brief (rules and regulations)
4 golden rules of e-FEST
1) Short films made by anyone are accepted.
2) Films must be less than 15 minutes long.
3) Any genre made with any budget & any device/camera.
4) You can submit up to Three (3) short films (each of them needs to be a separate entry).
Video Submission Guidelines for Screening.
1. Fill the “Short Film Submission Form” HERE. Fill separate forms for each video submitted.
Video Specifications After Screening Selection
NB: Your video needs to conform to the specs outlined in “VIDEO SPECIFICATIONS”.
1. Format: (SD/HD) .mov
2. Codecs: Example – Apple pro res, XDCam EX, DV PAL and or XDCAM HD.
3. Frames per second: 25
4. Audio: Stereo
5. Data rate: 50Mbit/sec or higher
6. The following codecs are also acceptable:
• Apple Pro Res 422/ HQ
• XDCAM HD422 1080i 50 (50mb/s)
• XDCAM HD720p25 (50mb/s)
• MPEG IMX 625/50 (50mb/s)
• DV PAL
• HDV 1080i50
• HDV 720p25
• DVCPRO 50 PAL
