MISS ERICA bags nomination in AfriMusic Song Contest 2020
The list of nominees for the 2020 AfriMusic Song Contest have been released and the Afro-Zouk Burundian star, Miss Erica has made her way through the selections.
The BMA award-winner as Best Female Artist 2019 is this time nominated as ‘African Songwriter of the Year’ for her song ‘In My Heart’ featuring Sat-B.
“Since i came back to my hometown, i struggled keeping up with my music all alone without help. This song is the first project i have done under my new management and i was so excited and couldn’t wait to release it. I was overjoyed by the critics and my heart practically froze when i got the news of my nomination in AfriMusic Song Contest 2020,” said Miss Erica in a statement.
She also took her social media to share her excitement for the nomination and asked for every support they could provide

The winner will be awarded an all-expenses-paid trip to Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The competition winner will be announced on 27 April 2020.
