Born Oghenekevwe Josiah on April 17th, Milly-Nightman is a super gifted rising Nigerian Afro-Pop musician, and songwriter from the rich cultural heartland of Delta State – Southern Nigeria. Currently based in the bustling city of Lagos (his creative home base) where the energy of the streets and the rhythm of the night continue to shape his sound and creative output.

Growing up between the serene landscapes of Delta State and the fast-paced heartbeat of Lagos, Milly-Nightman developed a deep love for music early in life. As a single, focused artist, he channels his experiences, emotions, and the everyday stories of young Nigerians into powerful, relatable lyrics. Whether he’s penning soul-stirring verses or crafting catchy hooks, his songwriting stands out for its honesty, street wisdom, and melodic flow.

Still in the early chapters of his career, Milly-Nightman is steadily building his lane in the Afrobeats and Alternative music scene. With every new song the fusion Star transects to audience of relatable experience and common interest, who feels seen through his music, those chasing dreams, navigating city life, and staying true to their roots.

About his stage name, the Star explained “Milly-Nightman” to reflect his belief that the best ideas and biggest breakthroughs often come under the cover of night, when the world is quiet and creativity speaks loudest.
